Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of studio.usendata.com and the services offered by UsenData. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

UsenData provides AI application engineering (agents, RAG, document AI, workflow automation) and professional data annotation (3D / LiDAR, medical imaging, industrial inspection, video) services to business customers. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing are defined in a written proposal or statement of work for each engagement.

Each engagement begins with an agreed scope. On delivery and payment, intellectual property in the deliverables — including model code, prompts and documentation — is assigned to the client as set out in the applicable agreement.

We treat client information as confidential. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before any technical discussion, and we work inside your environment or over secure channels you provide.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any data they provide and for complying with applicable laws and regulations in their use of our deliverables.

Our services are provided in accordance with the agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsenData is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Engagements continue for the period set out in the applicable agreement. Either party may terminate in accordance with that agreement. You keep every deliverable produced and paid for up to the point of termination.
